Sharon P. Johnson

Sharon P. Johnson is a Master Level Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate.Sharon is an Entrepreneur, Consultant, Writer, President, CEO and Chairwoman of Top Priority Community Outreach Services, INC. non for profit and Top Priority Care Services, LLC. for profit agency. Sharon received her BA from Winston-State University (Sociology/Social Welfare & Psychology). She received her Master of Social Work from NC A&T/UNCG. She has served on a host of boards and committees in the community relating to homelessness, child advocacy, affordable housing, domestic violence, substance abuse, advocacy for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and mental illness. Mrs. Johnson organized Top Priority Community Outreach Services, Inc. as a result of the growing needs and obstacles often met by the families served through the for-profit program. To ensure that the entire communitywould benefit from the same services, this great organization extended its mission to include the entire community.

Bob Wright

Dr. Wright has provided direct care in several fields including nursing, audiology and behavior. In the applied behavior field he studied with Drs. Jose Martinez-Diaz, Dave Wilder, and Eb Blakely. He went on to study performance management with Drs. Aubrey Daniels and Darnell Lattal. BeTr Coaching is the natural evolution from “Performance Management” to improving patient adherence and staff performance in health services organizations.
